SUBSTACK QUEEN

Write boldly. Publish bravely.

My signature live mentorship for writers who are ready to build a Substack people can't stop reading.

A lot of women think becoming a successful writer takes writing every day, growing their email list, posting more, and building a huge brand.

But after publishing ten books in ten languages, writing thousands of essays, growing a bestselling Substack, building a community of millions of readers worldwide, and spending hundreds of hours mentoring women through their writing, I can tell you that most writing advice misses the point entirely.

The writers who build extraordinary careers aren’t necessarily the most talented or well-known. They’re the ones that become unforgettable.

They write the essays that everyone screenshots. They write the words that take your breath away because they are THAT real. The ones that make you think to yourself, “Did she just read my mind?”

That kind of writing doesn’t come from mastering a platform. It comes from mastering the art of self-permission.

I don’t think the issue is that you can’t write. I think you’re afraid to be seen.

You’re afraid your ex might read it. Or your mom. Or your co-worker.

Or worse, no one…

And I get it. Putting yourself out there is scary. It requires a certain energy that doesn’t necessarily make the fear go away, but instead, helps transcend it.

Because while you’re worried about your aunt possibly reading your essay and feeling mildly uncomfortable, there’s a woman out there who needs your words more than you know.

Here’s what I know for sure. Watering yourself down is self-abandonment. When you write for everyone, you write for no one. Because you become invisible.

The moment you say the thing is when people finally start paying attention

By now you’ve probably figured out that this isn’t really a course about Substack.

I’m not going to teach you hacks or ways to “grow your newsletter” (gross).

What I am interested in is helping you build a real body of work that moves people. Helping you unearth the stories worth telling. And helping you develop a voice that people recognize instantly.

I’m going to help you turn Substack into your own literary universe. A place you and your readers return to, week after week, to feel seen, connected, and alive.

If you’ve ever worked with me before, then you know…

I can see the things in your writing that you can’t.

I can tell you exactly which lines to cut out to make your essay 10x more powerful. I know when you’re using your “professional voice” or when you’re politely hovering around the thing you really want to say.

It’s my job to raise the bar for you. To lovingly call you out. And help you make your writing something people obsess over.

Inside Substack Queen

Inside Substack Queen…For five weeks, we’ll gather live in an intimate Zoom setting with a small group of women who are all after the same thing.

Connection, voice, and the courage to build a body of work that they’re excited by and proud to publish.

Here's what you can expect...

Five live editorial mentorship sessions with me, where I'll teach, coach, answer your questions, and pull back the curtain on everything I've learned from publishing books, growing my own Substack, and mentoring hundreds of writers.

One personal editorial review of a Substack essay (up to 2,000 words), where I'll give you thoughtful feedback on your voice, structure, emotional impact, and where I think your writing can go even deeper.

A private community where we'll continue the conversation between calls, celebrate wins, work through roadblocks, and cheer each other on.

Real-time coaching and hot seats, because some of the biggest breakthroughs happen when we watch someone else find their voice.

My complete approach to building a writer brand—not one based on trends or performance, but on becoming known for something only you can say.

And yes...

We'll absolutely talk about growing your readership, paid subscriptions, creating offers your readers actually want, and building a sustainable writing business.

But those things are the result, not the foundation.

Raise your hand if...

» You have 37 half-finished essays sitting in your drafts because you're convinced none of them are "ready."

» You've ever deleted your favorite line because it felt a little too unhinged.

» You have an almost embarrassing obsession with beautiful writing. You screenshot sentences. You underline books. You think about essays in the shower.

» You're just a tiny bit chaotic. (The creative kind.)

» You've spent way too much time trying to sound "professional" when what you really want is to sound like yourself.

» You don't want followers. You want readers who become obsessed with your work.

»You've always had this feeling that writing might actually change your life.

If you found yourself nodding along... I made this for you.

This room is intentionally small.

I'm opening 12 spots.

This isn't the kind of program where you disappear into the background. If you're in the room, we're going to know your work.

This group isn’t small because scarcity is a marketing tactic. It’s small because I want to know your name.

I want to read your work. I want there to be enough space for real conversations, honest questions, and meaningful feedback.

I don't want you to disappear into a sea of tiny Zoom squares.

This is a space for women who want to be seen.
